How do you win? - Pat O'Neill

Pat O'Neill is a certified ultra-endurance beast.  He's a pioneer in utra marathon, alpine, and mountain biking.  He's won more podiums in his career than most athletes have races.  For example, he's won the Grand Traverse Ski three times!  This is a sick race that starts at midnight in the dead of winter, goes 40 miles with 7k of climbing, all on cross-country skis.

Pat is a guy who knows how to win.  He also knows how to give back.  For the last 20 years he's been a middle school teacher.  Currently he races to raise money for cystic fibrosis and Six Points. Six Points is a Colorado non-profit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities.

In this video, we caught up with Pat on XC skis.  He was nice enough to share his secret on how to win.
